Delete transaction by batch in QuickBooks Desktop QuickBooks displays transactions in the order in which you have selected, with the most recent at the top of the screen. Select the transaction you want to remove. Click “Edit” in the main menu and then click “Delete.” Select Sales or Invoicing from the left menu. Select Customers at the top. At the top of the customer list click the small gear and select Include Inactive. Click the customer you wish to restore; inactive customer will be noted as (deleted).
